Elipsa Documentation:
Customer and Site Dashboard

Customer Dashboard

The customer dashboard page allows users to view and manage information for individual customers configured in the Elipsa platform. If the logged-in user is a Building Owner/Operator, they will see a single customer card on this page. Users managing multiple customers such as System Integrators will see one card for each customer. This card displays the following details:

  • Customer Name: The name of the customer associated with the building.

  • Customer ID: A unique identifier for the customer.

  • Organization Name: The name of the organization associated with the customer.

  • Sites Button: When clicked, takes the user to the list of sites related to the customer.

Sites Dashboard

The Sites Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all sites associated with a particular customer. Each site is represented by a card containing key information about its status, location, building type, and energy performance.
